CANCELATION POLICY:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. No exception after 24 hours. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped out. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Contact us through our CONTACT US FORMIn the subject area put *Order Cancelation* In the message be sure to include your *Order Number*.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

NO RETURNS ON PRODUCTS DUE TO SANITATION PURPOSES*ALL SALES ARE FINAL* We only refund items that was our fault, such as it being incorrectly sent or a item was missing. This also is only acceptable within a 24hr time frame. We do not do exchanges or ship replacements. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL* If your product is damaged when received, please contact us immediately and no later than 2 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Allow 1-5 business days for your orders to be processed. (Skincare orders for processing please allow 1-7 business days for processing due to skincare orders being made in order as they come in. Skincare orders take longer processing times due to how they are precisely made.) Shipping is 3-7 business days for priority first class mail USPS. This does not include weekends or holidays and does not include processing days. Orders Placed Monday - Friday after 5pm will begin processing the next business day, even then please allow 1-5 days for your orders to be processed. Orders will not process or will be shipped on Saturday or Sundays. *After your items have been shipped and you received your tracking number, ReddzWay LLC is no longer liable. We ship through USPS.* *USPS  should be contacted if your item is lost.*  Contact USPS: Click Here.  

*If your order was returned back to us for improper shipping address that was our (ReddzWay LLC fault) or your (customer fault); We will priority express ship your order through USPS when your order is return to ReddzWay LLC Cosmetis. Once your order leaves ReddzWay LLC Cosmetics. WE ARE NO LONGER LIABLE for  how USPS operates while your order is in route,

 

International shipping is 7-29 business days for priority mail USPS. Processing times is 5-7 business days.

Wholesale Shipping is 7-21 business days for wholesale orders. Processing time is 5-7 Business Days. Due to the nature of the process for wholesale orders. No discount code are used for wholesale and Reddibabe Pick up is not available for wholesale orders. Shipping ONLY.

INTERNATIONAL & WHOLESALE ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR REDDIBABE PICK UP.

When subscribing to this website you agree to receiving marketing emails, promotional offers, and current updates. You can unsubscribe at anytime. 

MEMBERS POLICY:

Access to and use of certain functions and features of the Website may require you to register for a Member Account with us. If you decide to register an account with ReddzWay LLC, you will provide us certain information to create and access your Member Account. You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and current information about yourself during Account Member signup.  You agree to update all information provided to us or requested by us if, and as soon as, such information changes and before you make any product purchase. You agree to keep your log-in information confidential and to not authorize any third party to use your Member Account. You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other individuals. We prohibit the creation of, and you agree that you will not create, an Member Account for anyone other than yourself. ReddzWay LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage that results from the unauthorized use of your Member Account, either with or without your knowledge. You are fully responsible for your failure to safeguard information or for permitting any other person to access or use your Account, and you agree that we may attribute all use of your Account to you. You agree to notify us immediately at Kristie@reddzway.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security issues regarding your Member Account. You may not sell or otherwise transfer your Member Account. We have the right to cancel or suspend your Member Account for any reason or for no reason at any time, as determined in our sole discretion.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

When you place a order until our official launch date of a product, please be advised that  your order will not process or be shipped until after the official launch date. 

PROCESSING TIMES: 1-5 DAYS

SHIPPING TIMES: 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS

Digital Product Policy

When you purchase your digital product, it will be sent to you by email. ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS!

Reddibabe Pickup & Delivery:

Reddibabe Pickup orders placed after 3pm will resume for processing the next business day within the 1-6 hour time frame. When your confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup, please follow instructions provided in the email.

Orders placed for Reddibabe Delivery after 1pm will resume for processing the next business day. A confirmation email  (or text) will be sent providing instruction. 

Skincare order placed for Reddibabe Pickup or delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and to be delivered.

Business Rights:

ReddzWay LLC Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

ReddzWay LLC Cosmetics is not responsible for insufficient address submissions by the customer.

ReddzWay LLC Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients are listed within every product description! All products are made in a sanitized, and clean area, and cleansed after production! All ReddzWay LLC products are made with FDA Approved ingredients! And are made in a safe, clean environment!

ReddzWay LLC Cosmetics has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with ReddzWay LLC if need be.
